Can someone tell me exactly what they mean by "but prior to the one-year anniversary of the date" on todays PR concerning a R/S. Does it mean that if the R/S is approved on March 15 2023 it could be a done sometime between March 15 2023 and March 15 2024, but definitely before March 15, 2024?...and if it isn't exercised by March 15 2024 will the approval of the split be terminated?


at the discretion of the Board but prior to the one-year anniversary of the date on which the reverse stock split is approved by the Company’s stockholders
