MORE VALIDATIONS!! $CNNA- AUDITOR ENGAGED

I MADE IT CLEAR ON WEDS- that when the news revealing the unwind was completed giving Black ownership again- that meant the quiet period must now have expired and CORPORATE RESTRUCTURE/ ACQUISTION/MERGER- is about to start !

The first announcement appears to have come today with the 8K- AUDITOR engagement. What’s even better is since this company has been current - the filings for audit will be much easier to complete and might even be a process that takes 3-4 weeks.

IMO- Next steps- for next week -
I would suspect next week we’re gonna find out WHO WILL BE LEADING THE EAY as new CEO and WHATS now COMING INTO $CNNA!
Once we start to find out details about What is merging in - what company with Revs and what industry worth BILLIONS- is coming into $CNNA - and who will now LEAD $CNNA as it goes through the AUDIT process and CORP RESTRUCTURE - I suspect we will be trading in the PENNIES AGAIN.

The move go .01+ has begun. Once we find out the next CEO and (hopefully it’s someone savvy in the OTC and has done audits) - I suspect we will be testing .006-.007’s. That would just put us back to where we were before we found out the prior company from LOI that was supposed to come in. I so glad they didn’t. The market didn’t like that company.

BUT THIS NEW DEAL IS IN A MASSIVE 12 BIL INDUSTRY. That has to be soemthing massive and I have a feeling it’s going to be exciting.

MY FINAL POINT- and this isn’t a knock on the now CEO- Black - but —- EVERYTIME HE SELLS A COMPANY and GIVE US CONTROL - the new merging entity or management team has taken the (company Black cleaned up) and TAKEN IT significantly higher that it ever had gone before. There is something to be said for that.
IMO- new ownership and management coming into $CNNA- will be able to take this significantly reduced AS and OS stock comp- and test new HOY and 52 weeks highs in the coming weeks. Have a nice weekend all. I have a feeling we will see .006-.007’s pps next week and the break to .01+ within a week’s time especially with news of both the new CEO and merging entity !! There is no reason for them to delay anymore with the last two 8K’s indicating they are NOW READY FOR PUBLIC REVEAL.
