Here we are end of January. Is 2 pennies the new bottom? Or will it drip back down again?

Dilution? The company announced a merger with EAC that will allow for the conversion of those 9 billion shares the day it closes. So yeah....no dilution....until the deal closes. That's what the company announced so don't get all testy!
