It's actually inconceivable folks can be this clueless, so let's just call gaslighting what it is.

3a Capital already converted 63m shares in 2021. They were locked up by that BS $41m capital raise that never happened because they pledged 25m to sell then. Once the registration was pulled (a month ago), they were free to sell on the open market again. Those 63m are already accounted for in the OS. Duh!

When folks like 3a need to unload 63m shares on the public in a thinly traded stock, it stands to reason they make sure social media has plenty of wonderful things to say about the amazing UNQL stock they are selling. Oh, it takes time....and it's been happening. Only folks buying it are new fish who believe social media hype from strangers. Caveat Emptor.

Sorry there's no little neon sign on every transaction that says "these shares were sold to you by 3a Capital" or "you bought shares that were borrowed and shorted" so common sense is required. Sadly, not a lot of that in UNQL land that dropped from 38 to a penny and folks claim what a steal at 2 pennies. Not a lot of common sense at all. Oh well.
