Why do people think that share cancellations have to be totally completed before a reverse merger can move forward? The reverse merger candidate already knows the worst case scenario.

Sharp can announce the reverse merger candidate and fight the share cancellations along the way. Some they will win, some they could lose. But if they are already prepared for the worst case scenario (12.25% of OS don’t get cancelled), it’s not a dealbreaker.

Maybe they only get 1/2 of the 294 million cancelled, maybe 75%, maybe all? Whatever…It’s not like the Calasse share cancellations because Calasse wanted 54% of the company. That would make him the MAJORITY STAKEHOLDER, “Chairman of the Board”, LOL, more than 50.1%. You can’t get a company to move into the shell and announce a reverse merger candidate with that looming over your head. Calasse wants 54% of the outstanding shares.

But here, it’s 12.25%, spread out over 8 people. There is no big risk here like in the Calasse case, of him trying to keep 54% of the company, MAJORITY INTEREST. This is for a MINORITY INTEREST, no control issues with $GVSI share cancellations.

They can announce the reverse merger candidate anytime after Pink Current, move along, and take these share cancellations issues one-by-one, step-by-step, over any length of time. It’s a totally different situation with $GVSI. TOTALLY DIFFERENT.

Sharp even said after these 294.0 million, he’s going to try even get more shares cancelled. Does anyone really think that they are NOT going to move forward until every share cancellation is completed? LMAO. I certainly don’t, these share cancellations are gravy and don’t amount to much in the grand scheme of things.

Sure it would be nice to have all 294.0 million shares cancelled, but everyone is already prepared that they might not get all of them.
