Especially the experts with stuff like this:

$UNQL

We are merging with $10 Naadq stock $EAC, not with the warrant version $EACPW of the stock wink

$UNQL is heavily undervalued.

Accumulation is rising before February wink"

Fails to understand the basics of SPAC deals and how warrants work. All SPAC stocks are priced at $10 for initial investors to have a benchmark price for the money invested in the blank check company. Warrants are another equity one can buy and trade. Here, the EAC warrants entitle the owner to buy 1 common share of EAC for $11.50. Very basic stuff. And those EAC warrants were given out for free as a component of the EAC units sold to the original investors. Basic, basic stuff.

The original EAC investors would LOVE for anyone in retail to buy those warrants, currently worth pennies as an enticement. Don't get me wrong, there is a market for folks to trade that hot potato and to each their own. But, they should at least understand what warrants are, yes?

And talk about actual DD??? It's out there for anyone to read. The EAC investors already voted to redeem and pull out $260m from the trust. That will bring those 27.6m shares down to just 1.7m shares. At "$10/share" that leaves only $17m in the trust account. Nearly $10m is already owed to the underwriter once the reverse merger closes, and the rest will be paid out for expenses and fees. That $10/share becomes zero when there's no more of that original investor money left in the trust. UNQL just gets an empty shell and will trade solely on the value of UNQL, the logistics company. Anyone is free to believe a $15m market cap company will magically become a $350m company overnight, I suppose. It's a free country.

Here's some real DD about how EAC was formed to seek out a business in the education sector. Seems that didn't pan out with this UNQL deal....and Peter MA has moved on from Colbeck/EAC:

https://www.renaissancecapital.com/IPO-Center/News/74499/Education-SPAC-Edify-Acquisition-files-for-a-$200-million-IPO

Anyone can draw their own conclusions, but at least that's honest and real DD.

Watch out for that big 3a Capital dump before the deal closes. They know better than to hold 63m shares of UNQL commons before that 0.0029 conversion hits. Up and down, up and down.
