Won't be long... “The early bird gets the worm” UNQL are now close to MERGE uplisting to Nasdaq and completing the acquisitions.
The acquisition of the 8 subsidiaries will be complete prior to February 15th, 2023

Q2 net income margin increased from 1% to 4% in the current quarter compared to the corresponding quarter in the prior year and our adjusted EBITDA margin from 2% to 6% in the same period.
Revenue of $88.84M net profit 3.271M

My estimate all 8 subs revenue should be between 500 million - 1 billion (annual) . Hongkong alone was generating 250 Million annual revenues.
