As I posted yesterday

Eddie has changed the "Principal Executive Office" address of several "company profile" on OTC to: 3520 Cimarron Dr Carrollton, TX 75007 (Denton County, Tx). These currently include AURI, BDGR, PBHG, PRPM,

SUTI and UITA are still listed as being at 2504 Northcrest Dr. Plano, TX 75075. Eddie apparently bought his parents old home from the TAZ Trust on 9/28/2022. Records show it assessed at $420k in 2022 and lists his mailing address as now being 3520 Cimarron Dr. https://www.collincad.org/propertysearch?prop=69936&year=2023';;

Someone related renting it? https://clustrmaps.com/person/Orr-bdn3k4

Interesting turn of events since Eddie has previously gone out of his way to keep his assets out of the reach of creditors. However, 2504 Northcrest is in HIS name only ..not his and wife Tonya. This says she's elsewhere

Soapboxmom enlightened one and all by disclosing divorce proceedings between the CEO and his wife. More here on the address Eddie's apparently living at and calling "Principal Executive Office" address of AURI, BDGR, PBHG & PRPM (not SUTI, TSRR or UITA). https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=171037470

One wonders (a) where the money came from that enabled CEO Eddie to finally buy the house he's run these tickers from for over a decade or (b) was it simply transferred out of the TAZ Trust and into his name because of the following--

The tax assessor now designates "VAKSER EDWARD ISAAK -LE" as 100% owner. According to one source

An LE after the name of the owner on the deed refers to the life estate clause on the deed. This means that although the owner has transferred the ownership to someone else through the deed, he/she still retains the right to stay in the property till his/her death. This also implies that the grantee(s) cannot ask the grantor to vacate the property or cannot sell it off as long as the grantor is alive.

My guess is both parties have moved out and are crashing elsewhere temporarily and allowing someone else to pay rent till the divorce is final. Thoughts?
