Not necessarily.Plan already decided which assets go to claims holders and which assets go to LBHI Plan Trust for the benefit of former equity classes and issued one stock in exchange for the assets.They allowed CT claims,but willfully forgot(using plan) to distribute the Notes to CT holders.
