I believe the chances of that happening in the Texas Court won't happen until Judge Albright makes his decision and that may not come to pass until Director at the USPTO makes her decision if she will allow or deny Intel's request. What we need from her is to deny Intel's request then that should bring Judge Albright front and center to make his decision one way or the other. I think Judge Albright with all the pressures on him from above him won't move on this until the USPTO does. Pray that the USPTO denies Intel that should let JA do what he does best and hopefully move all this into pretrial but first he will need to address the complexities/twists of Alice 1 and 2 plus all her damn sisters that are trying to hurt us.

I see poster getting pissed at George again over on the Yahoo message board. It appears George won't move on this/gain finances to relist until some type of good next from the USPTO coupled with Judge Albright. Money might finally flow for loans provide good news comes. Referencing the yahoo board.....Look! the STOCK FRENZY will be unreal if good news comes... now coupled with JA setting a court date this stock will finally fly into orbit.
