Do you have proof he holds all those credentials from such university? A professional with etiquette, would never allowed to be involved in such embarrassment. I sent my cousin to DR and found a small empty office to the address of such in DR. Also he went to the Scorpion Venom center , in a place called Nagua, I believe, they were looking at my cousin like a clown. Not idea what he was talking about. Nobody knows crap of such.
