Although utilizing telehealth DTC can be started I believe already simply by having a dr prescribe the device for any pain and inflammation related injury. Since the product has been shown through clinical studies to be effective at treatment of such a vast array of issues and still allow for possible re-embursment form providers.
Ultimately though being able to skip the Dr completely would be the end goal I would think as well.
