And the guessing game continues I’m adding this into the puzzle of no filling of Q report. With the amount of time that has gone by the Covid extension is looking more and more the reason. The time for reporting of a Q Report is 45 days. If a Covid related problem is involved an additional extension of another 45 days is added to that. That seams to imply that NNRX would have at least 90 days to file 1st Quarter report, which would extend the dead line to at least February 03, 2023 adding in the extra 5 days which would make it next week. What I’m not sure of is to receive the additional 45 days would be if the form for those days is one that would have to be shown on OTC’s Filings and Disclosure page or not, it could have been included in the late filing notice that was posted. That would mean that next week we should know something one way or the other. With the YIELD sign being up and not the STOP sign it would seem like a logical reason/or not.
