Merger + SmartSole backorders

Company should be ramping up production to fulfill backorders already in place, which should jump revenues for Q1.

The merger with TrakTec brings in a bunch of new subscribers, and to me the new police contracts, which could be big for both SmartSole and shareholders as that's a number new contracts coming.
