Nope, he SHOULD NOT BE active, he is only a scam, his OS being 49 Mil is still too much....
his OS should be ZERO........ meaning... a no longer traded company.

It's a sin that the SEC/FINRA* lets this POS keep rolling, he is a real jerk and should've been taken down long ago. When will the players in this SCAM being taken to prison?
