According to the data published on the OpenCorporates website, the Russian oligarch turns out to be the owner of the company "TREMA ENGINEERING 2" and has extended his business to Albania. The company "Trema Engineering 2" has 33% of the shares in the Shushica hydropower plant.

This company is owned by STRATBAG AG, which is registered in Austria, with a capital of 12 million euros. Vladimir Putin's trusted man, Oleg Deripaska, has 25.9% of the shares in the company STRATBAG AG, with which he controls 33% of the Shušica hydropower plant.

According to the documents, Idajet Ismailaj, Gentjan Filaj and the confidant of Vladimir Putin (Oleg Deripaska), are co-owners in the Shushica Hydropower company, the company that built the cascade of hydropower plants on the Shushica River, to sell energy.
