yes I DO believe NioCorp’s share price could JUMP $2-$3 within this two week frame window (few Institutions are allowed/permitted to buy/trade penny stocks and shares …and most are reluctant to buy until the S/P is over $4-$5! …

Hey Ge11, I have a question on what you posted and I have been trying to figure this out....So lets say during the 2 week window timeframe merger/stockholders vote and the uplisting to the Nasdaq and the company agreed on $10 as the share price(1-10 R/S)
lets say our share price is around .75 a share like we are currently at now. Is it out of the question that NioCorp's share price could jump to $2-$3 with all the FOMO and news coverage? I know this is all a guess but I have been wondering about this 2 week time frame window. Thanks to anyone with insight on this question. I have been a loyal long for 8 years now...:)
