Hearing scheduled this Friday!
Expect update on Berman's legal counsel status, as well as his medical status update (needs to produce a doctors note!)
Berman's attendance has been waived at the last couple, but because of the status of counsel, he has been ordered to dial into this video conference in person.
Let's see what happens!
It may be routine.... but given the fact of Berman attending himself (albeit virtually) and possibly without retained counsel, there is at least the possibility/prospect of him potentially attempting to open his big mouth and insert both feet, - despite the inevitable (and legally proper) best efforts of both the court and prosecution counsel to try and protect him from himself!
Popcorn at the ready. This could be a complete non event! or it could be a blast radius event.
We shall find out soon enough!

I guess the outcome may depend on what stage of the Kubler Ross cycle Berman has reached by this juncture!
