What exactly is the CEO or anyone else accusing them of? Apparently he has taken no action EVER against any entity with claims (with no proof) he spews on his stock promotion page.

And he still does not show a new transfer agent he has been promising.....and still can't get "Transfer Agent Verified" on OTC Markets.
Last share structure update, except the 3 billion share auth increase and massive increase in preferred shares on OTC Markets was from August, and still no info on restricted vs. unrestricted shares.
