A CEO of a real company would have already resigned or been booted from the company and board in August 2021, shortly after he was formally charged. He also got charged with another crime shortly after the initial arrest. A protective order was upgraded to a CRIMINAL PROTECTIVE ORDER through 2025. The felony case was assigned "vertical prosecution" - look it up.
