But it's too late now: the NWS has been ruled legal and not a takings. None of the other legal challenges have gone anywhere either. If the court rulings, NWS, government action history, and the contents of the quote above are enough to prevent a re-IPO from happening at all then FnF are 6 years away from meeting their capital requirement through retained earnings if the seniors are cancelled or converted, or 17 years if they aren't. And if those things don't prevent a capital raise, they will only serve to lower the per-share price of the re-IPO.



A lot of ifs ands or buts there.

No one really knows how this unfortunate and bizarre 14+ year CONservatorship ends.

Also, I don't think you can seriously say that all legal avenues for shareholders have been exhausted.
