That's why I think he's planning on them being uncontested. It should be easy to see which shareholders listed with the transfer agent were originally issued shares and ignore the rest.

And while it will get messy if any contest, if they don't contest then none of that matters.

If someone can't tell that a shell is a shell, can you trust anything else that they say?
