I hope you're right, but I think you're making some assumptions. First, I'm not sure pink current is relevant to the share cancellation, so I don't know if he waited for OTCM to file. Why would it matter?

Second, he may think that OTCM will give the green light for pink current, but may be mistaken. As I said, OTCM requires two years of annual reports, and GVSI has only filed one.
