hi King if you notice all the denizens of fantasy-land who post on this board are under
the totally fallacious belief that RMTD dealt directly with TELOGIS when TELOGIS
acquired all the assets of RMTD...actually as you well know the creditors of RMTD who bought the last traunch of death spiral discounted convertible notes foreclosed on the collateral
posted by RMTD ( all of their remaining business assets ) and than the CREDITORS sold all of these assets to TELOGIS ..you posted the letter from RMTD to then shareholders many times in the past that letter states that RMTD lost all their assets in a creditor foreclosure and the company consented to the foreclosure...many you could post that letter again so that the
delusional posters could have access to the truth ....
