Interesting, they have the monies to redeem; however, FHFA claims not to redeem while GSEs still are in c-ship. With hat said, can it be did that FHFA has and still does cause damages to Shareholders?

The mission during c-ship was to restore GSEs to soundness (operational and profitability) - this mission has been achieved. FHFA is a self-dealing agency, funded by profits of GSEs.
