There is no guarantee that Georgie will bring in anything of significant value in these economic times. There is no guarantee of even an actual merger happening. What is far more likely to happen is that Georgie will turn this into a no-rev, start-up, holding company, looking for acquisitions in blockchain. That will send shareholders scrambling for the exits.
