Problem is ... Pawson and clan have gotten away with it before, and will most likely get away with it again, and again, and again! The Pink /OTC market does not have the SEC oversight / interest that the larger markets get (hence corruption flourishes). There is also an endless supply of gullible investors to fleece in the lower $$ per share world.
Pawson and clan are small potatoes compared to Madoff. I'm not sure how much money Pawson and clan have scammed over the years, but I would venture to guess that it is much less than the 64 Billion that Madoff stole.
Investors in Madoff's scams were worried about losing their houses in the Bahama's! Investors in Pawson's scams are worried about the color of the lines in the road in front of the Warehouse. LOL
