This went to around $2.46 or so and the management at the time treated the ahareholders like pariahs, like useless chumps and they allowed the drop to happen by absolutely despicable behavior.

Ill say this now for all to consider. Any board that refuses to treat its shareholders with respect and transparency is a board from which any shareholder should run, run, run.
Such behavior tells the world that board thinks it is better than those for whom it is supposed to work to create value. its really about that simple.
