As I said. I don't know why APTO put that 6 month DoR target on the slide. Based on all I have read and heard from them I believe the duration requirement will involve HSCT. I just don't see any scenario where CRs will not go to HSCT long before 6 months if they qualify. Those patients that get a CR and are not qualified for an HSCT are likely extremely sick and or fragile. APTO will request a post HSCT maintenance use of TUSP. In that situation I can see a 6 month DoR.

My hope is that as this monotherapy strategy unfolds we will see some combination data. I think combination data will be the real value driver starting around mid-year and going forward.

TUSP in first and second line is the prize.
