You are quite right. That share reduction is really not much. Also, it was already announced, and so that has now been factored into the SP. When the reduction happens, it won't move the SP at all. More likely just more selling.

Also, it's not actually merger news that will propel the SP, but merger hype. You know, that unfounded speculation about what a huge company is coming in here. Hopefully we get some big hype and speculation which lures in a lot of suckers. I will expect that if anything is coming in here, it will be disappointing and lead to also a sell-off.

More than likely, this will become a no-rev, start-up holding company. Happens all the time on the OTCM.

Merger news and a real share reduction much bigger than 2940000 will be needed to move the price drastically.
