I agree PCTL PPS should be much,much higher...I found out something very interesting and UPSETTING,Carol Arnold is in charge of PRs and TWEETS,example the tweet of 25 cases to ACE,she is also allowed to participate in every meeting and allowed to voice her opinion in every matter,crazy,isn't it.That's because she is the ceo's wife otherwise she wouldn't be allowed to mop the office floor at best,she gets paid very nicely...she is useless and worthless, so knowing that I have no clue what's going on at the meetings, maybe the receptionist is there also, I'm just very, very upset that they claim having a PR agent,not using it, while Carol Arnold is in charge, IS just ABSURD
