It would seem that Judge Albright is sitting on this case which is not his style and will not make a decision or further motion until the USPTO has completed their task. I also will note that even if Director Vidal denies Intel it still doesn't mean that Judge Albright will grant HDC to move onward to trial. I want to believe that JA is just waiting for Vidal to deny Intel which would help us but as I motioned earlier there are different rules within the USPTO and Judge Albrights Court. No doubt I fall short on knowledge about much of this but is how I see things.
