If the Biden administration wants to monetize Treasury's equity stake in FnF and actually spend that money, they don't have a lot of time. Do you think they might make some minor concessions to legacy shareholders so that those shareholders don't slow things down?
Legacy shareholders....the JP shareholders and Common shareholders.... are not on the same footing. One has leverage to slow things down a bit, the other doesn't. If time is of the essence, a concession may be made for the shareholders with leverage. You're intelligent enough to know what I'm implying.
