Marking the ATYG close for $2.50 is not “going upper”. No one TRADED today @ $.0003.

Manipulating the close (marking the close) is illegal, just one of many OTC issues since these securities are thinly traded and often have poor spreads. It is the standard in the OTC by those trying to better the actual picture, and/or to alter a chart.

It looks like going upper now
