Everytime IGEX has been in the 002's over the past 1.5 years, roughly, it's shot straight back up for huge gains. Over and over and over and over again.

While there were cries about dilution and sky is falling, smart money was loading the 002's and selling for big profits on the runs that followed.

So here IGEX is again, in the low 002's, with cries of dilution and the sky is falling, and smart money is once again soaking up the shares in the low 002's (and occassionally high teens) to be sold on the upcoming run.
