That's confusing to me. Of course, all shares are bought & sold by the MM's. But if somebody had put in a buy order at .0025 or .0026 when the current price was .003, or if anyone put in such an order a week ago, then they would have picked up some cheap shares when the dump occurred. That's how I buy my shares and it seems to work consistently.
