They saw one dose limiting event at 200mg. Based on Pd and Pk data they decided that 120mg was a good level to pursue with the option to go up to 160mg as warranted. Based on all the data we can see 120mg makes sense. Well within the efficacy range with plenty of safety. One of TUSPs greatest values is it's high tolerability without sacrificing it's efficacy. This is what makes it a potential best-in-class for AML.
