AA selling it through their own market with a huge discount to the hedgefund. AA will need more than the 5 Billion shares in APE to pay off the debt if he is selling it for such low discount to the hedgefund. Hence the fact, the conversion to increase AMC share to APE shares so he can double the shares to help cover the debt while Retail gain nothing. no hope for the "Squeeze". AA will need to do multiple reverse split in the coming years when releasing more and more shares.
