KTCC depends how much you trust KTCC. Obviously they missed big for Dec, and guiding strong for March (.15 - .25/share). And seem optimistic after that. Record backlog.

The record backlog thing... well that's no surprise. I think they had a record backlog the past three quarters or so... and with a light December, they better have a record backlog. Hopefully it will up more than just a tad.

I mean what really worries me is their debt. It just keeps on going higher. And that will weigh on earnings going forward.

They are losing money this quarter ex the one time gain, a decent amount, when they had originally guided for .13 - .18 (or something like that). So now they are guiding for .15 - .25 in March.

I guess I don't find the new guidance incredible. Since they were already trading in the mid/high-ish fours with the old guidance of .13 to .18 and better ahead.

I might sell some if she happens to get near $5.40. And I would buy some if she gets to near $4. Reserve the right to change my mind on those at any time.

Anyway, I know some really smart people who really like KTCC here b/c they think she'll start posting over .25/share qtrs in the June quarter. And I know some smart really smart people (like Stabosz) who don' t like it very much... thinking its a forever value trap with poor management that lets their customers dictate more to them then they dictated to their customers.

I'm somewhere inbetween.

Srry if my analysis was confusing. It just mirrors my conflicted thoughts on her.
