I need to revisit those.
I recall watching one of them a few years back. Interesting really, and it shows why TV shows like "Walking Dead" are so dumb. First issue would be all the nuclear energy reactors exploding. So, just because there's no human around to shut these things down properly, the earth becomes useless for an extra 100 years.

Just my opinion, of course.
