Yup, you are exactly right. Any real company with real and significant revenue would not bother with the scam infested OTCM. This will most likely be a no-rev startup holding company like most RMs here. Sad, but these are the facts. And the holding company will state they will be looking to acquire block chain companies. And shareholders will be led down the long long deep deep rabbit hole of an unknown length of time, as this unfolds like a tortoise running a mile long race. Look at Forwardly, same deal. I know most don't like to hear that and will just ignore it and wish otherwise, but such is the case.

So far, the hype around this stock has not produced the run yet. When it does get PC and we still don't see the big run, what will the $$$ crew say to try and spin in into some sort of positive light?? Oh right, we won't get the REAL big run until we get merger news. By then, it will be too late.

the only companies that will come into a pinky to go public and deal with all the added headaches of being public will be either start ups that need to sell stock for operating expenses or a floundering company that needs to sell stock to buy groceries.
