I have TD Ameritrade, Schwab and E-Trade (I hate etrade's platform). I prefer TD Ameritrade's user platform, but Schwab bought them out. Not sure what the final platform will look like when all accounts are converted to Schwab...6.95 fee for otc trades though. Here are a couple that free trade Otc, but you may have allotment caps?
