Actually for some reason they acted as Securities Counsel on the last disclosure submitted Jan 13th. See Page 15.

They use to use Sonfield & Sonfield on all previous disclosures. I would imagine they would need to re-file to get rid of this new warning on their OTC profile. But why the change… typo, oversight or mistake? Sayid was convicted in 2020 and had to pay close to 200k in damages. Why would JK choose to work with them… maybe they did, maybe they didn't, could be more filing mistakes? He should explain this.

I’ve been quiet for some time as this board has become… well you know… overcrowded with personal goals. I do hate how things have gone down both literally and figuratively but I have no fear things will develop in the future.

Just quietly loading… not stressing and living life. Our time will come again.
