There's 2 reason's the bid support is nonexistent.

1. No one really wants to put their shares out there, because they are holding for better gains, or they still can't because brokers have them locked out until Pink Current.

2. When there is actually bid support, it gets eaten. Why? Because the market and MMs are starved of shares when these tickers come off the EM into Pink Limited. So they get gobbled up too fast.

I've been in a lot of the EM to Pink tickers the past year, and the same thing happens over and over until Fully Pink Current and the price to shares ratio becomes more stable. Should see that in the next week or so.
