Thoughts?

My thoughts are not welcome here as the only thing this board wants to hear is something along the lines of unicorns and rainbows.

One thing I know is that the government doesn't give one flip about shareholders...and that goes for JPS and commons.

Another certainty is the government will maximize its profit....and if that makes the commons worth a penny (or less), the commons have absolutely NO legal recourse, whether inside or outside of a receivership/Chapter 11 setting.
