Happy New Year everyone!

We are having an excellent start to 2023 at CyberFuels, and here are some updates:

As we discussed in our December letter, we did make the decision to switch to a different lender which will result in significant savings to the company. Our new lender is moving rapidly towards our closing on Port Tampa next month as planned and expected, and we will announce the closing as soon as possible via a PR.

Our recent negotiations have further resulted in our selection of a large, international development partner for the terminal. We have just signed a Memorandum of Understanding which lays out the process of developing the terminal and we have also begun taking reservations for our tank storage clients. We have meetings scheduled over the next several weeks to solidify the reservations and begin the contracting process for fuel storage as well as for purchase agreements for Green Hydrogen, Green Methanol, and Biodiesel. We expect that the vast resources of our development partner in fuel trading and Green Energy will greatly assist us in realizing our goal of making the CyberFuels Port Tampa Terminal a major hub for clean energy in the Americas and beyond.

Our sales team, besides having produced significant orders to date, have several very positive opportunities lined up for testing of our additives in several areas, including but not limited to trucking fleets, massive diesel generators for energy production, mining, and fracking, and marine vessels. Those tests results will help other firms’ decisions to buy our additives which will save them money on fuel, lower maintenance costs, and reduce GHG into the environment.
