Every day this stock trades 100s of thousands of shares to millions plus. Its pretty clear why someone would sell but have you asked yourself who would be buying this stock and in size? Who would want more control through ownership. Would a vast majority owner be happy with a profit based on their ownership and assuming an increase in stock value or would they prefer to reverse the stock to garner all the profits and have even less oversight. How else would a reverse benefit majority? Finally, remember the idea of going with the greedy in control. If the owner of the 100s of millions of shares can increase the stock value between .10 to $1.00 they can make a bundle over and over and if they could ever stumble on a modestly successful company or product, they could make shocking profits over and over and would look like captains of industry and feed their ego. That would almost be impossible for this type of management to resist. They rarely think of their fiduciary responsibility to other equity holders but could than demonstrate that positive trait. Any thoughts?
