Doc, I totally agree with you about "if VCSY were valueless, why persist in the legal wranglings", or in any wranglings for that matter. That's one of the reasons I've stayed with this company all these years. If there was nothing there, they would have given up a long time ago, like so many other companies that failed from the tech bubble era. Obviously, there is something there worth saving and keeping for the future, and I believe Mr. Valdetaro and VCSY, along with their jv partner SBV, have everything under control for whenever the next generation of technology is set to begin. It's true, we don't know how the Wade situation is going to play out, but the timing of it seems to be a key factor here. Why is it taking so long to finish his trial? I'm speculating, but could it have something to do with sensitive information that isn't supposed to be made public? I don't know anything about the 5k lots, but is it possible that they were meant for shorters to get some shares on the long side? Konaploinks kept complaining that he couldn't get any. As for the tech pr's...well Doc, you're doing a great job posting all the pertinent information from the tech industry! Keep up the good work! Please don't let all the frustrations that come with it bother you. It seems like the evidence is piling up in our favor and it will all be worth it. We're just waiting for the final verdict, no matter how long it takes.
