The alleged "missing shares" are all the hundreds of millions and perhaps BILLIONS of shares Petey issued himself (totally illegal ) issuing certs instead of the transfer agent they were never recorded or added to the outstanding share count here and those certs are totally worthless they can't be cashed in anyplace Petey stole the money, AGAIN.

and the worse part is... Michaels remains out of prison for that...

not to mention the ABUSE he has served on his recent wife, not to mention other woman, and his child... and... his DOG... gotta know a man is LOW when he beats a tiny defenseless dog... books say that's the sign of some really bad stuff.....
