Probably should care because:

1) This decline means the company has erased 2 years of gains. And the value is still falling which means this could well go back to its Applicate market cap prior to the merger.

2) Forget any possibility of doing a RegA. That doesn't have a hope in hell anymore and they are in desperate need of financing. Without financing, they can't do any marketing, and no marketing means no significant revenue which again leads to further market declines.
